Lord Jair El protagonista del juego. Caballero de linaje Real, que recibe la misión de ingresar al Castillo de Shadowgate para detener los planes del Warlock.

Lakmir Sabio Hechicero, y miembro del Circulo de los Doce, es quien encomienda la misión a Lord Jair, transportandolo con su Magia, hasta Shadowgate.

Talimar El Warlock, como Lakmir, fue miembro del Circulo de los Doce, pero se entregó a las Artes Oscuras. Desea despertar al temible Titan, Behemoth, y con él, gobernar el mundo.
