Descripción

Unos meses después del hundimiento del buque que transportaba una importante carga formada por una importante colección de obras de arte del Museo Metropolitano, uno de los cuadros vuelven a aparecer en Hungría. Enviada por el museo para comprobar su autenticidad, Ellen Cross, restauradora de arte, no duda que esta misión le conducirá por toda Europa, tras la pista de un famoso retrato del príncipe de Valaquia, Vlad Tepes.
