Descripción

Tomamos el papel de Tex Murphy, un detective privado chapado a la antigua y bastante melancólico, bastante inteligente aunque a su vez bastante torpe. Nos situamos en la ciudad de San Francisco del año 2039, en un mundo afectado por la radiación generada por la Tercera Guerra Mundial. Este factor divide a las personas en dos grupos: los vulnerables a la radiación y los no vulnerables a la radiación (para los amigos, mutantes y no mutantes). Tex, a pesar de no ser uno de ellos, vive entre los primeros y es allí donde es contratado por Marshall Alexander, multimillonario y dueño de TerraForm Corporation, para investigar la misteriosa desaparición de su hija y junto con ella la desaparición de un artefacto muy apreciado por Alexander.
