Descripción
Después de buscar por Europa Occidental y Oriental a un heredero desaparecido, Kate Walker finalmente completó su largo y arduo viaje, obteniendo así la firma de Hans Voralberg y el cierre de la adquisición de la fábrica de autómatas.
¿Misión cumplida? No para esta sofisticada abogada de Nueva York...
La extraña pareja formada por la joven Kate Walker y el viejo y excéntrico Hans Voralberg ahora deberá emprender un nuevo viaje para encontrar al último de los legendarios mamuts de Syberia en el corazón de un universo largamente olvidado. A medida que la surrealista búsqueda que Hans empezó hace años va llegando a su fin, él mismo y Kate deberán enfrentarse a obstáculos más peligrosos que nunca, poniendo a prueba su coraje y determinación.
